By accessing and using "Can You Decode Real English?" (the "Game" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jordan Page (operating as English Lingo with Jordan) regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the website. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
"Can You Decode Real English?" is an interactive word and language learning game designed to help users improve their English vocabulary and comprehension through gameplay. The Service is provided through our website at eng-lingo.com and may be accessed via web browsers and mobile devices.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access your name, email address, and profile photo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated. You agree not to create multiple accounts or use the Service under false pretenses.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may request account deletion by contacting us at jordan@eng-lingo.com.
By using Google Sign-In, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's handling of your data or account.
The Service offers free access to core gameplay features, including word decoding challenges, basic progress tracking, and standard daily activities. Free users will see advertisements throughout the Service.
We offer an optional "Pro" subscription tier that provides enhanced features, including:
The Pro subscription costs $4.99 USD per month (or equivalent in your local currency). Subscription fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Prices may be subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Your Pro subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel it. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.
We may offer a limited-time free trial for new Pro subscribers. Any free trial period will be specified at the time of signup. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information; Stripe handles all payment processing and storage in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us at jordan@eng-lingo.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription. We will add applicable taxes to your billing as required by law.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel your Pro subscription, you will retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will revert to the free version and lose access to Pro features.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at jordan@eng-lingo.com. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for future renewal periods after cancellation.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Your rate will not increase during your current subscription period, but new pricing will apply upon renewal.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:
